Pre-natal Yoga with Amalie

This is a 60 minute gentle and slow-paced Hatha class designed for pregnant women. We will focus on reducing stress, anxiety, and tension. This class covers postures and meditation intended to integrate breathing techniques, balance, flexibility, and strengthening of muscles in preparation for childbirth.

Safe for all three trimesters.
