Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and nourishing practice that is dedicated to soothing and resting the body & mind. Restorative yoga triggers the parasympathetic nervous system which allows the student to deeply relax which comforts the body and mind down to the cellular level. This class allows the body to relax and rejuvenate through the use of supportive props such as blankets, blocks and bolsters. Come enjoy 120 minutes of nurturing physical postures, essential oils, and breathing techniques and unwind from everyday stress.
